Water Heater
1.Identify type of water heater and age
2. Check for corrosion, rust, or leaks at tank and fittings
3.Inspect T&P valve for leaks and proper termination
4. Verify venting on gas units, (draft, clearances, proper
termination)

6. Confirm water temperature settings
7.Check drain pan and drain line for proper installation and
function

Toilets
1.Inspect supply line and shutoff

3.Perform dye test on toilet tank for leaks
