I just had the sewer line and connection in my 100 year old house replaced by DeLong.  Josh McCarty and his crew (Braden, Josh, and Damien) were professional, polite, and very conscientious about doing a good job.  Everything turned out exactly the way Skot said it would. I've worried about those old pipes since we bought the house 30 years ago but I'll sleep better now.  I'm always impressed when a contractor has the right equipment for the job instead of making do and DeLong has the people and equipment to make a job like this come out right.  I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I can't say enough about this company and their crew!! Within a week of finding out our sewer lines needed to be replaced and our entire yard dug up, they were here and had it done! They were very open and honest from the git go, we had no reason to question anything, including the cost. I felt I had no time for additional quotes and I was somewhat familiar with thier reputation, when all was said and done I have no regrets! They made a huge mess a nice mess, they were very personable, they were very considerate of some personal concerns we had within our yard and made the best of those issues,  they kept us very informed and up to date along the way, and they had the job complete within 2 days!! We had a drain backing up in our house that 2 other local companies supposably had "fixed". Ethan B. came out after hours and arrived within 30min of my initial phone call. After he examined the situation, he notified us of the problem, which should have been caught by the other 2 companies. He cleaned out the clog in the drain so we could use water and let us know Scott would call us about estimating the cost for the needed repairs. By 10am the very next morning, I was contacted by Delong to schedule that estimate and 2 days later the estimate is being done. We are super thankful for their excellent communication and speediness. Ethan B. was so kind and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend calling Delong for your plumbing needs!

Amazing company! Called them, day of, for an emergency plumbing fix for one of our Airbnbs. They sent someone to us in just a few hours. Jayson got in, fixed the problem and left the place clean and ready for a guest to stay that night. Highly recommend this company. 👌🏻

Contacted them by phone. They listened and quickly accessed my problem and were able to get me on the schedule the next day!  Jayson was on time and quickly fixed my problem. Lesson learned: always turn off your faucet and take off your sprinkler timers on the exterior faucets before it gets cold!

New to the area and the water softener and heater in our house was installed by Delong. Had a concern about the water softener. Josh couldn't have been kinder nor more informative. We inherited the water softener when we bought the house and have zero knowledge of how to maintain, set or operate it. We're all clear on that now thanks to Josh.

We have 2 small dogs who vocally welcomed Josh into our home. We were going to put them in our room but Josh said he was totally fine with the barking. After they'd calmed down, he even gave our "braver" one some head scratches.

Outstanding professional service! Old houses built in small old communities can pose challenges. All I can state from my experience that Josh and Brent were highly trained and performed to meet the challenges and kept the project on track. Old towns with ceramic water pipes and a mismarked gas line did not stop this team from getting the old sewer line replace and left a better system for a very old house. Thank you.
