Water heater was red tagged by City Utilities. A relative had recommended a competitor, but the competitor said there was nothing wrong with it. Having some experience with DeLong, I called them in for a second opinion. They gave me a list of problems that the water heater had. They replaced the water heater and the vent pipe. Much cheaper than I had expected to pay. City Utilities removed the red tag from my account. I'm very grateful.

He was on time (even early) and took care of our problem in a very timely manner. He explained what he had done and answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair and reasonable.
